His Property Photography Workshops provide quick and simple techniques that help participants gain confidence in their cameras and take professional-standard photos. By following his guidance and practicing the methods he demonstrates, attendees can master the angles they need and get properties onto the market quickly and looking their best—without unnecessary delays.

What you will learn
- how to photograph interiors with, preferably, your Canon or Nikon SLR camera so that you can capture the views outside of windows and at the same time, correctly expose interiors.
- how to photograph exteriors properly so that they’ll look better than the vast majority of agents’ photos.
- the settings you need for the highest quality images.
- how to make your interiors appear naturally coloured instead of looking as though they've been Tango’d.
- why using flash for your interiors is a bad idea but using a tripod is a must.

Online Photography training

Includes:
- Training for 1 to 2 people. Plus £80 for each additional person – 4 maximum.
- Ongoing support promise: After taking our workshop, for as long as I he is physically able, John will support you if you have questions or need advice.
In person in our Camberley Studio
£395.00
Includes:
- Training for 1 to 2 people. Plus £80 for each additional person – 4 maximum.
- £525 if held on your premises. Add 50p per mile from/to Camberley, Surrey if held at yours. If it's really far, we may require an overnight B&B.
- Ongoing support promise: After taking our workshop, for as long as I he is physically able, John will support you if you have questions or need advice.

I’m Helen Pritchard. If you want to embrace the power of video but you aren’t sure how, I’m here to help. There is little doubt that we have reached a tipping point and video is now hugely influential and beneficial when it comes to property marketing and also, to your SEO. A lot of people will think themselves unable to learn the necessary skills but with modern equipment and great advice, it’s not as hard as you might think.

- The basic principles of filming so you can set up for a successful video shoot within your properties. We’ll cover cameras and the pros and cons to using different types of cameras, audio equipment and basic lighting techniques.
- The settings for the best quality video so you can use this successfully within an edited video.
- Walking techniques with and without a gimble and tripod.
Creating video for different social media channels, different ideas that could work to engage your audience. - An opportunity to ask questions based on your personal experience.
Very basic editing techniques which will make a difference to HOW you film.
