Beautiful, believable virtual furnishing, designed by our interior designers.
A few months ago we launched something we’ve been working on behind the scenes with our sister company, DCTR: A brand-new Virtual Furnishing Collection, curated by our in-house interior design team.
Designed specifically for estate agents and developers who want to add value, atmosphere and imagination to their listings without the cost or logistics of physical staging.
Every set has been designed to look beautiful, feel believable and photograph like a dream.

Why we created it
We know how much great presentation matters. Buyers don’t just look at bricks and mortar, they imagine how life could feel inside those walls. But physical staging is expensive, logistically tricky, and sometimes not even possible.
That’s where our new virtual furnishing comes in.
Each set has been professionally designed by DCTR’s interior stylists, based on the latest market trends, so your imagery feels fresh, relevant and aspirational.
No more random stock furniture or AI guesswork. This is purpose-built, property-marketing furniture, crafted to help homes sell faster and for more.
What’s included:
We’ve designed ready-to-go room sets across all the key spaces:
Lounge - from Scandi calm to modern luxe

Dining - sociable spaces that show scale and style

Kitchens - clean, contemporary, full of life

Bedrooms - soft, welcoming and aspirational

Plus study nooks, kids’ rooms and more

We can even remove old furniture, paint walls, or update flooring to create a clean canvas before styling begins.

FAQs
How much is it?
Just £32 + VAT per image. No hidden extras (unless you want walls painted etc, there may be a smaller additonal charge).
Do I need a disclaimer?
If you’re only adding soft furnishings, no legal disclaimer is required but we always recommend transparency with viewers, so recommend adding one.
If you’re changing walls, floors or fixed finishes, you should always include a simple note such as:
“This image has been digitally enhanced to show the property’s potential.”
What styles do you have?
We’ve curated a versatile mix, from contemporary neutrals to modern country charm and urban luxe.
Take a look at our full style library to find the perfect fit for your listing.
How long does it take?
Usually 24-48 hours turnaround, sometimes sooner.
How do I order it?
Log into Doctor Photo, select Virtual Furnishing and you can choose a style there.
Can’t I just use AI?
You could… but generic AI tools often misread scale, distort rooms, or create furniture that simply doesn’t exist.
Our sets are professionally designed, retouched by real artists, and tested to look authentic in real estate photography.
So you’ll get the wow factor without the weirdness.
Why it works
Virtual furnishing isn’t just about decoration, it’s about building belief in a space.
When buyers can see a lifestyle, they can feel an emotion, and that’s what gets homes sold.
With the Doctor Photo Style Collection, you’ll get the credibility of DCTR-level design, and the speed, value and expertise you’ve always trusted us for.
✅ Add value. Build belief. Sell faster.
