 As you look through your photo album, chances are good that you will come across photos that make you think, “This would be a great picture if only…”  It could be that a person in the background was walking past, or that a person had their eyes closed as the photo was being snapped.  There could be a number of problems that keep your photo from being a great shot, but by using photo touch up techniques this can all be sorted.
