 Manipulation and photo touch up of this nature can be reversed, this is not a simple task and therefore can be quite time consuming

Some artistic photo requests are just for fun.  These can be novelty projects that are intended for a personalised photo gift, or just as a gag gift for a friend or family member.  This Photo touch up  project gives you an idea of what can be accomplished with a little imagination.

The idea of this project was to age the photo of the young man, and make him appear older.  This would include the graying of the hair, balding, and addition of facial hair.   The image enhancement would also make the man appear to have gained weight over they years.

The Photo touch up  started by stretching the image to make the face appear fuller.  When doing this, care was taken to make sure that the features all remained in proportion with each other.  At that point the hair was digitally removed and replaced with skin tones on top, and shorter gray hair on the sides.  The addition of gray eyebrows, mustache, and goatee completed the image transformation.

Photo touch up has made this type of image transformation possible with any photo of a man or woman.  The only real limits are in your ability to visualize what you would like to accomplish with your photos.  Look through your photo collection and be creative.
