Some of the most treasured children’s photos are those of infants.  Baby pictures always capture the hearts of parents and other family members.  Unfortunately, the camera will pick up any of the blemishes and skin discolourations that babies are prone to get.

One procedure that parents request with their children’s photos is to have a photo touch up to remove those blemishes.  Once the photo is converted into a digital format is is possible to accomplish these types of image enhancements.

The procedure requires a technician to go over the photograph a section at a time and do digital restoration to remove the blemishes.  This requires a skilled person because you want the colour restored without loosing the texture and minor shades in the photo.

The process is similar to the process that is use when converting a photo from black and white to color, or to remove creases and tears from a photograph.  Once the digital restoration procedure is complete you will have a photo that is suitable for display, or to give away as a personalised photo gift to a family member of loved one.
