Digital Restoration (Childrens Photos F)

One popular photo idea is to create a collage that brings several pictures from your photo album together into one image.  This can be used to help more fully capture the memories of an event, or as is the case with the photo shown here, to create an image that could not have otherwise been possible.

This photo shows one child at three different stages of here life.  This was accomplished by taking three separate photos, removing the backgrounds from each of those photos, and then combining the three images onto a new background.

This type of project is a good way to capture the passage of time in a way that could not be easily accomplished with film photography.  Even if you want to use old damaged photos, digital restoration procedures could fix the old photos and make it possible to use them as part of your collage.

This idea can be used to create a very memorable personalised photo gift.  It could be given to a parent or grandparent, or even to the person in the collage.  Once the photo is completed the resulting picture could be framed and be ready for display along with your other treasured memories.
