Black and White to Colour

This photo is another example of the creativity that can be accomplished when working with photographs in a digital format.  It shows that you can not only convert your photos from black and white to colour, but you can effectively change the entire look of the photo.

This image started out as a black and white photo against a very bland background.  There is nothing that really distinguishes this photo.  It is the type of image that is looked at when the prints are first developed, and then moved to an album or photo box and will rarely be seen again.  That does not have to be the case when you can transform from black and white to colour.

By adding color to the photo it attracts the viewer’s eye, and it gives the photo a newer look.  By removing the original background you are able to decide what new background you would like the image set against.

By having this type of image restoration and image enhancement done to a photo you can transform a dull, uninteresting photo into a more exciting photo that is fit for display.  No longer do your photos need to be stored in an unseen box.  by having them changed from black and white to colour you can set them out where they can be enjoyed by friends and family.
